1. Scope of Service
Our operations management support is advisory in nature. We provide guidance to help clients run safe and efficient drone operations, including support with site surveys, operational manuals, and the development of frameworks such as Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Emergency Response Plans (ERP). We also offer advice on logistics, maintenance, and flight planning for a range of operation types, including VLOS, EVLOS, BVLOS, and sheltered operations across small, medium, and large drones. Clients remain solely responsible for implementing and managing their own operations.
2. Documentation and Compliance
We provide guidance and support in the development of operational manuals, SMS, and ERP documents. While we help ensure they align with industry standards and regulatory expectations, final approval rests with the relevant governing authority, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete information for all documentation and planning materials. They are also responsible for submitting all required documents on their behalf. Any delays, rejections, or compliance issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information are the responsibility of the client.
4. Fees and Payments
The first consultation is free. Services are billed starting at $60/hr, with estimates provided in advance. Payment terms are outlined in your invoice and must be met before further work can continue.
5. Liability
We provide operational guidance to the best of our knowledge and experience, but we are not liable for penalties, fines, damages, or operational issues arising from a client’s failure to follow regulations, implement the guidance provided, or manage their operations safely.
6. Confidentiality
All client information and documentation will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for regulatory compliance or by law.
