    Our drone maintenance support is advisory in nature. We provide guidance in setting up maintenance schedules, stores management, and quality assurance programs tailored to your operations. We also assist in creating and developing Maintenance Policy Manuals (MPM) and Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM) that align with industry standards and regulatory expectations. In addition, we offer advice on aircraft maintenance standards and best practices to help you maintain compliance and ensure long-term performance from your fleet.

    2. Documentation and Compliance

    We do not create documents on your behalf. Instead, we provide guidance and support as you develop your own MPMs, MCMs, and related documentation. While we help ensure they meet regulatory standards, final approval rests with the governing authority.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients must provide accurate, complete information for all documentation and records. They are also responsible for submitting all required documents on their behalf. Any delays, rejections, or compliance issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information are the responsibility of the client.

    4. Fees and Payments

    The first consultation is free. Services are billed starting at $60/hr, with estimates provided in advance. Payment terms are outlined in your invoice and must be met before documents are released or further work can continue.

    5. Liability

    We provide guidance and documentation support to the best of our knowledge and experience, but we are not liable for penalties, fines, damages, or operational issues arising from a client’s failure to follow regulations, maintain their equipment, or implement the guidance provided.

    6. Confidentiality

    All client information and documentation will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for regulatory compliance or by law.
