About DFR Solutions

Who We Are

DFR Solutions was founded to close a critical gap in the drone industry: the need for clear, practical guidance and accessible training in Northern Ontario. With years of aviation and search and rescue experience, we’ve seen firsthand how drones support firefighters, police, and emergency teams to save lives and work more effectively.

Our mission is to provide high-quality training and solutions that make drone operations safer, smarter, and more impactful. We work with individuals and organizations across industries and regions, helping them build confidence, meet standards, and unlock the full potential of drone technology.
